Hi Midwest Chapter Members,

I’m excited to announce that the Midwest Chapter/MLA has received funding from NNLM Region 4 to host an online Library Carpentry workshop. This is a great opportunity for Midwest Chapter/MLA members to attend this workshop for free!

This intensive workshop will be held April 18, 19, and 20, from 9:00 AM CST to 2:00PM CST, and there are 24 available spots. If you are interested in attending, fill out this registration form. We will notify attendees by February 28, and if the slots fill up, there will be a waiting list. Please only register if you can commit to attending the three 5-hour sessions because space is limited.

Attendees must become Midwest Chapter members if they aren’t already. Anyone can join the chapter, and membership is $40/year. Learn more about the Library Carpentry Workshop and note that this is for people with no prior experience working with data.
