Medical Image Repositories

  • HEAL Collection: covers hematology, dermatology, ECGs, neurologic exams, and pathology/histology of multiple sites.

  • MedPix: collection of patients cases from the NLM (note: link not working 11/20/25 but does not appear to have been taken down/cut intentionally since API is still available).

  • Radiopaedia: examples of radiological images for multiple pathologies.

  • Emergency Medicine Cases: website dedicated to emergency medicine education and CME for practitioners and students in medicine, nursing, and paramedicine.

  • Endotext: collection of clinical summaries, guidelines, and case studies related to endocrinology.

  • MedEdPORTAL: open access journal reporting on curricula and educational materials for medical education.

  • Wiki Journal Club: reviews and summarizes landmark studies across medical and surgical specialties.
