Evidence-Based Practice Models

These are models for implementing evidence-based practice into clinical care.

Model from the Johns Hopkins Center for Evidence-Based Practice with some emphasis on nurses. Used by UofL Health.

Another evidence-based practice model in current use, from University of Iowa Health Care. This model has a particular focus on updated understandings of levels of evidence and making evidence work in local contexts.
